MG, together with its local retail partners in Bahrain, Oman, Kuwait and the United Arab Emirates, has launched a free door-to-door service. 

The hassle-free service adds to the company’s increasing repertoire of aftersales offerings in the Middle East and demonstrates MG’s commitment to providing the highest possible levels of customer service.

Upon booking a service appointment over the phone with a local retailer, MG customers will be sent a courtesy vehicle to their doorstep. The customer’s car will be taken to the local retailer to carry out the required maintenance work. Once the procedures are completed, the vehicle is returned to the owner.

Commenting on the new service, Sun Guang, General Manager of MG Middle East, said: “We are always looking for initiatives to further satisfy our loyal customer base and enhance the MG aftersales offering. We believe this service will strengthen relationships with our current customers, at a time when sales of MG cars in the region are at an all-time high, while also appealing to prospective buyers.’’

This new initiative enhances the brand’s aftersales service, with customers already offered an extended six-year or 200,000km warranty across all models. The company also offers 24/7 call center support, ensuring customers have round-the-clock access to roadside assistance.
