Triumph has announced their next new motorcycle that takes their Bonneville model family ahead – the Bonneville Speedmaster uses the styling off the Bobber and is matched with the 1200 HT engine with 106Nm of torque that sits well with 77PS of peak power.
The Bonneville Speedmaster gives the low slung ride position of the Bobber, with signature Bonneville features like the fuel tank, identifiable engine and the isolated headlight and speedo pod.
New technology that makes for an even more interesting ride include LED headlights, signature DRLs, throttle by wire with two response modes – Road and Rain, ABS, traction control (that can be switched off) and a single button cruise control.
The Bonneville Speedmaster carries on the custom classic look of the original T120 Bonneville, with large 16″ spoked wheels, a hard tail look enhanced by a cage swing arm with a hidden monoshock and a rear brake that uses a drum type look for its 255mm single disc. The Speedmaster is also liquid cooled.
