The 2018 Renault Duster has been launched in the region, with refreshed exterior panels, new grille and tailgate design and interiors that have seen marked improvement, including the provision of a midrange touchscreen central display linked to functions like feed from four external cameras (Multiview), off-road parameters display and a media centre. Blind spot monitoring is also available as a feature.

In terms of drive elements the steering wheel is now electric assisted, while the SUV comes with two engine choices – 1.6-litre linked to a CVT and only front-wheel drive, while the larger engine is a 2.0-litre linked to a 4-speed gearbox and selectable 4WD. The 4WD version also gets hill-descent control.
