Cadillac Middle East has announced the regional arrival of the all-new 2019 Cadillac XT4, the brand’s first compact SUV.
The compact SUV is powered by a 2.0-litre turbocharged and brings a set of premium features to the segment.
Christian Soemmer, Managing Director, Cadillac Middle East said: “Following the regional debut of the 2019 Cadillac XT4 at SOLE DXB, the all-new compact SUV’s arrival in the Middle East sets high standards of innovation in one of the industry’s fastest growing segments.”
Soemmer continued, “A team of young designers were involved with the development of the XT4, who represent the heart of the target audience. The sophisticated SUV exterior and intelligently designed cabin will no doubt prove a hit amongst regional millennial consumers who expect daring bold designs and cutting-edge technology.”
The Cadillac XT4 features the brand’s identifying LED light signature modified so as to fit better on the smaller fascia of the compact SUV, so the treatment is more horizontal.
All XT4 models are driven by an all-new Cadillac 2.0L Turbo engine, producing an SAE-certified output of 237 hp (177 kW). Coupled with a nine-speed automatic transmission with next-generation Electronic Precision Shift, the new engine features new efficiency-enhancing technologies including Active Fuel Management (cylinder deactivation).
The Cadillac XT4 is offered in Premium Luxury and Sport trims and seven exterior colours.
